Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-07-14

These terms form an agreement between you and ARROWHNW GROUP LTD ("Arrow") for use of the Arrow AI decision and strategy studio at arrowgroup.shop.

1. The service

Arrow is an online-only digital subscription tool that helps you structure decisions and produce planning deliverables — a decision matrix, a 30-60-90 plan, visuals and a pitch reel. Arrow provides general, informational thinking support and creative suggestions only.

2. Not professional advice (important)

Arrow is not a licensed adviser. It does not provide personalised financial, investment, securities, cryptocurrency, tax, accounting or legal advice, does not recommend specific financial products, and does not make or guarantee any commercial, career or financial outcome. For decisions involving money, tax or the law, consult a suitably qualified professional. See the AI Disclaimer and Acceptable Use Policy.

3. No money handling

Arrow does not broker, hold, transmit or collect funds on anyone's behalf. It is not a recruitment, investment, fundraising or trading platform. The only payment you make is your own subscription fee to us via our payment processor.

4. Your responsibility

You are responsible for the decisions you make and the actions you take based on Arrow's output. Output is for reference and does not guarantee any result. You must verify any analysis against your own circumstances before acting.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 to use Arrow. Users aged 13–17 must have verifiable parental or guardian consent. Arrow is intended for adult career, business and side-project decisions. By using Arrow you confirm you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@arrowgroup.shop if you suspect unauthorised use.

7. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in USD through our payment processor on a recurring basis until cancelled. Monthly quotas do not roll over. You can cancel at any time and keep access to the end of the paid period. Refund and cancellation terms are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Arrow. Prohibited uses are listed in the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Content and intellectual property

You keep ownership of what you input. Ownership and licence terms for inputs and generated output are set out in the Content License. Arrow, its brand, software and site content remain our property.

10. Service availability and changes

We aim to keep Arrow available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features, plans and these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
