How do credits work?
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of decision credits. One structured decision uses one credit. Credits reset every month and do not roll over. It is subscription only — there are no purchasable top-up packs and no stored or withdrawable balance; credits are a usage allowance, not money.
What is a 'decision'?
One run of the AI workspace: a structured decision with its weighted matrix, 30-60-90 plan, risks and next actions — this is what uses one credit. Rendering visuals or a pitch reel from that decision does not consume an extra credit.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the customer portal and you keep access until the end of the paid period. Unused quota is not refunded. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Which currency am I billed in?
All plans are billed in US dollars (USD). Yearly plans are billed once at 12 months minus 20%.
