Arrow is an online-only digital SaaS tool for structuring your own decisions and plans. It sells no physical goods and provides no shipping, delivery of tangible items, or in-person service. To keep it safe and lawful for everyone, the following uses are prohibited.
1. Do not seek regulated advice through Arrow
Arrow must not be used as a substitute for professional advice. Do not rely on it for personalised financial, investment, securities, cryptocurrency, tax, accounting, legal, medical or safety-critical decisions. It does not provide these and is not licensed to.
2. Prohibited content and activities
- Unlawful activity, or planning harm to people, property or systems.
- Fraud, deception, impersonation, or misrepresenting Arrow output as regulated professional advice.
- Uploading others' confidential or personal data without a lawful basis or consent.
- Infringing intellectual property, or submitting third-party brands, logos or protected characters to generate lookalike assets.
- Generating hateful, harassing, sexual-exploitation, or violent extremist content.
- Attempting to build a competing dataset, resell raw model access, or circumvent quotas and security.
- Automated scraping, load testing or abuse of the API or workspace beyond normal use.
3. No money handling or intermediation
Do not use Arrow to solicit, broker, pool or move funds, to run an investment or fundraising scheme, or to present its output as a financial promotion. Arrow does not handle money and must not be represented as doing so.
4. Age
Arrow is prohibited for anyone under 13. Users aged 13–17 must have verifiable parental or guardian consent. See the Terms of Service.
5. Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy, remove offending content, and report unlawful activity to the authorities. Report misuse to support@arrowgroup.shop.
